The guys over at spybot have made an awesome program to help stop Microsoft from spying on Windows 10 users.

Its simple, lightweight, and ad-ware free.



Installing it v.s using the portable allows you to check system immunization on each startup, Microsoft tends to unblock a lot of things on updates, now if you use One Drive or MS Office their are things you might want to toggle back off of course.
Pretty self explanatory not much to be said.

After a few times we have had stats reset i have lost about 20-30 rep but not to worried about it, any one who's been around long enough know I'm a decent user.

Whilst I agree that Linux Is an excellent choice In this scenario, some users particularly businesses either cannot afford the migration, or for compatibility reasons alone, It's simply not an option.

As for stand-alone users for personal reasons and usage, provided they're comfortable with the transition as a whole, then yes, It's a good option.
