Some people might not want to install Pry-fi. Busybox/Terminal are quite common on Android, though.

The thing is, Pry-Fi does more than Mac Spoofing. Almost no reason not to install it.

Personally, I don't like using tools (where applicable), when the task can be achieved manually- no matter how difficult It Is.

By the way, I just wanted to say that Cyanogenmod users have access to a Terminal emulator application without the need of installing another one. It's in Developer settings.
