Things you need: (if there is a F next to it which means that if you want to keep doing it you will have to create a fake one, otherwise if it is only a one time thing you can ignore)
Name (F)
Phone number (F)
An Email Address (F)
Drop address (if you are doing it for one time this can be ignore)
Proof of purchase aka pop (Depends)
Proof of device aka pod (Depends)
Serial number of the device that you want to SE (you can either buy it from a serial number seller or get it on ebay. There is a logitech sn gen out there but some say it is infected so i aint posting it here)

Phone Method:
1. Pick up your phone and call logitech
2. Get a nice excuse of your device is broken, like my g933 left ear have no aduio
3. fake yourself, make it seems like you are doing the steps that the rep that is telling you.
4. tell them nothing worked. They will ask you for your info to send you a new device
5. If they ask for pop hang up the phone and call for another rep
Make sure to be nice, this will always increase the chance of getting what you want

Email method:
1. Create a ticket at logitech website
2. After u hear back from logitech, send them what they want. Usually is pop and your info for the first email.
3. Wait for a day or two they will get back to you and ask you for the pod, which will be a pciture with hand writen paper at the side of the device
4. this step is only for g915 ( which currenetly i thing this model is the only one that require this) they will ask for a pod video.
5. after they verify everything they will send you a new device.

A: there are a lot sellers selling them out there, unfortunately i dont know any so i wont able to provide

well, just open a normal ticket and change a few things to make it seem real

Logs are kept with every conversation. Fingers crossed the secondary rep doesn't refer to previous records.

Regarding this I would imagine there is no problem saying that the item was a gift to you so you do not have any pop. They could not argue against that as it is in fact a common occurrence.

Good point and It will In fact work.

If It was legitimately a gift and you're claiming on legit grounds, you'd have minimal to no Issues whatsoever. Treat the SE as such by manipulating the representative accordingly, and It will succeed.

however one of my friend claimed it is a gift before, still logitech ask him for the receipt. I will say this is just a rep thing but i will say let the newbies learn how to make a receipt is much better than skipping it than dont know how to make it in the future
