How to SE another Phone Case/Screen protector Company [Simple] 04-26-2016, 04:29 PM

Hello all, I would like to show you how to SE another phone case company. You can basically SE any you want by using some common sense. This one is my favorite because they reply really fast. Within 1 day usually. The company is called VENA Products. Only downside to this company is they don't provide tracking numbers when sending out replacements. However, they don't bill so just use a real address and you be fine.

Steps:
1) Pick the product you like from their site. Make sure it's offered in amazon as well. Most of their products are. Head over to product register page and register your product. Link: http://www.venaproducts.com/product-register/
2) Fill out the form. When they ask the Product SKU, it's on their site. Basically each product on their site has a SKU number. For example I want to SE this: http://www.venaproducts.com/product/vall...y-s7-edge/
The SKU number is listed under the price.

3) Now select Amazon when it asks where you purchased the item from and enter a legit amazon order number underneath. It can be for any item, but just has to be legit. Complete the whole form and submit.
4) Head over to their contact us page now: http://www.venaproducts.com/contact-us/
Write them a message saying that the product you received is defective (come up with a good excuse) and that you have already registered the product on their site. Say something like "Hello I recently bought one of your cases for my phone on amazon about 2 months ago and the case already tearing off/cracks." If it's a screen protector say something like "Hello I have recently bought one of yours screen protector for my phone from your site and they keep coming off." You can also say after how you always buy their cases and screen protectors for your phone and it's usually top quality so you believe the product you have received might be defective.
5) You will receive a response within 1 business day usually. They might ask your for your amazon receipt (use the same Order number you gave them before when registering the product). Or you will receive an email like this:
"We are sorry for the problem.
I am currently checking with my superior and I will get back to you very soon.
We appreciate your patience. Thank you."
6) If they asked for the receipt, submit it and wait. If they didn't, you are good to go.
7) After another day, they will send you this email:

So basically confirm your address and then wait for their reply.
8) After another day, you will get this email:

Done! I finished the whole SE within 2 days believe it or not. They reply really fast. However, that being said, I won't suggest raping these companies. They are small companies and will notice fairly quickly how many requests they are getting a day. Thank you.
