There's plenty of these going around on the net. Get on any torrent site and you can download them. D3FC@D is one such site but requires a subscription. I got IDed while viewing it, probably from the feds. I never made one but I'm sure they wanted me to because that's how they really are. They try to goad people into crimes more often than stopping them.
Anyways, even with the files, there's no telling if it will really work. Someone could just as easily take a few pieces of pipe and a shotgun shell and make a sort of slam gun, or get on numerous websites for private party sales. I've bought and sold multiple guns all private party over the past few years and nobody's come knocking on my door.
