Greater success for current SE's! 11-19-2022, 01:19 PM
#1
Hello. This is a little tip for your current or planned SE's for christmas.
If you going to order gifts/products/whatever in November or December, do not contact the company for a return/refund now!
After the Christmas period in January there is an increased volume of returns (because of Christmas).
In order to be able to process all the customers concerns in time, some companies might loosen their claim management.
If you plan to SE something in the near future, wait until January to "abuse" their weakened system.
Happy SE'ing.

It's well worth the wait for high value goods.
