Hello,

I would like to share my knowledge that made me step out of amazon identity verification

What happens when amazon requests it is:
1) You get blocked out of your account
2) When you try to login a blue message will appear saying "contact us by email or phone at XXXXXXX number"
3) What i did is phoning them as it is the fastest way to solve this issue.
4) Make sure you have Name, Surname, Date of birth, Address (with ZIP Code).
5) Make sure your voice matches the sex of the account's identity. ( you can let your girlfriend or sister talk and then say "i would like my boyfriend talk because i'm not an expert" so the support let's you talk instead of her talking)
This will probably unblock your account.

If you get blocked once more the things start changing and you need to be able to edit some photos/files.
1) You get the same blue message, asking to read the email that you got carefully
2) You will need to input the Name, Surname, Phone number and Address linked to the cards linked to the account (in pdf, or jpg, from your bank)
3) At this point you have to comply. Just send the data
3.1) If you don't have access to the card because it is expired or any other reason you just simply make a PDF of your bank account data (if it's different to the account's one)
3.2) Modify it using an online pdf modifier. Send the data (making sure ALL the informations are in the screenshot (if the bank doesn't provide them in the same photo just add it as a new field))

In my experience i had to repeat this step more than 3 times with the same identical data, changing my reasoning (there is a box where you input further notes)
