The first tutorial on here, please let me know if I can make any improvements.

Step 1. Β Head to fugoo.com and Find the speaker that you would like.

Step 2. Open up a live chat with the "Leave a Message" Tab on the bottom right corner.

Step 3. Enter a reason why the Speaker is broken, wait for a rep to join the chat.

Step 4. He will go through troubleshooting with you just say No to all of them.

Step 5. He'll ask for the Date and where you purchased it. (I said Amazon just to make things easier) also be in the 1-year warranty range.)

Step 5. He will tell you to find a replacement through Amazon but just say you contacted them already and they told you to go to fugoo.

Step 6. Tell them the name you want it under and what email to use. They'll will send you an email like this

Step 7. Give them a reason on why you cannot send the speaker back in for the RMA or you could tell them that you sent it in, but they never go it because it was stole.

And Thats all. Here is an Example of how the conversation should have gone

I'm still at a loss as to the gullibility of representatives, who simply take the consumer's word and replace the Item In question.

This tutorial can be used as a general guidance with those who operate In a similar fashion- troubleshooting and replacement thereafter.

I agree. I know some companies which dont ask for POP or Sn
You can just say that your product is broken and they will send in a new one
Not giving names for obvious reasons
