Just wanted to share my method on how I get my fitbits and good expression to myself to this community

Last Tested : AUG 20,2017

Requirements
- Fitbit Account (2-3 days old)
(Inactive ones are Gucci)
- Email address specifically
(Gmail,yahoo,hotmail)

                       - Instructions -

1. Change specifics (in the account):
Country , Name , Timezone
Units , Food source

Note: When your doing a drop don’t change
The name faster and easier to process

2. Live Chat : Make sure nothing messes up like
Numbers make sure they are all the same. This is
Crucial to your SE , wrong detail = cancelation
And make sure you put the email your gonna send it to
Not the email in the account <— THIS IS the trick

3. Fitbit Reps : Some reps like Yuri are autistic fucks
They say they will replace they won’t
Good reps #rep_review make sure to check before going in

4. The trick on getting them to change the email is
You need good REPS well its hard but you need to start
Convos very friendly and this is crucial, be patient
Don’t do everything so quickly meaning, don’t just say you
done troubleshooting. wait for them to tell you to do it and
make sure its long like at start say good morning this small
Gestures make bigger bonds. To clarify make unrelated things
Like I was planning to go camping tomorrow for 3 weeks.
Making these small gestures tell them something so when you ask
If you can send different email they will give you it to you
Done it way to many times works like a charm. Also even if they
Ask you to change email if the account is inactive
Its a 75% chance on getting it shipped

5. Sending replacement form to different email
!If your sending it “Jake Paul” emails need to be really similar!
>If you change the name and send it to different email with same name
Chances are 85%
>If you send it to original name meaning you haven’t change name because
Its a drop then with similar email like, if your account name is “Casey Niestat”
Then send it to caseyneistat92@Gmail.com 89%.

You need to rate the agents this is crucial
This from trial and error you need to rate them very detailed
And make sure no small lines like a paragraph long comments
Higher chance of getting it shipped!

Fitbit are easy as fuck , they are one of the first companys i did s.e with. The worst that can happen is they tell you no.

For me I have a method of my own , but I got about 10 of them just saying the stap snapped while I was jogging and now it wont turn on. They ask you for a picture so you will need a freind with one or one of your own to do this. I would then just undo the pin to remove the buckle off the strap and take a picture of the now "broken" strap. They ask for a receipt , tell them it was a gift.

I told them once that mine was a gift off my sister who is in the army and is deployed. They told me to thank her for her service lol.

I tried FitBit today but they asked for an email address for the account that the fitbit was connected to so they could see the device.
