I'm gonna try to do this just by getting a S/N from an Ebay Seller and some Pictures

I came back to make a Final Update and my Take away.

First Attempt: So I tried to do this SE without a receipt to see if I could get away without a receipt.  As my first attempt, it wasn't successful. I escalated the case and the higher up still told me I needed PoP. I had an S/N and photoshopped picture in hopes they will send it to me without paying. So it was a bust.

Second Attempt:A week or 2 later I decided to buy the Headphones from amazon to get a receipt. When I got the item It was barely functioning in the first place. The Left Earbud will either change its pitch or it cuts out randomly. So I decided to contact them anyway to get a replacement. I contacted them stating my issue, provided PoP, Address, and S/N. They had me troubleshoot but It didn't fix the problem.
When they asked me to Ship the Item back I decided the best choice was to box them. I found a small box in my apartment where I just kicked around made sure there was a specific opening where the item could slip out. I had planned on buying dry ice but I was under 18 and couldn't find anyone to buy it for me.
I dropped the package off at a local USPS office and emailed them saying I dropped it off. A day later they said they sent a replacement and to tell them when I get it and if It works well. Perhaps if this pair is working I'll probably double-dip but it'll be suspicious anyway because of the box.

My Takeaway: If I were to SE this company again I'll probably do it for another pair because I'll have a receipt since it's probably the most important piece to this SE. You don't need a S/N because they will just ask you to send a picture of the device with the logo. You can probably take a screenshot from a youtube video and photoshop some parts of it off. Escalating the case without a PoP is probably futile because even if you say you don't have a receipt they still tell you that without PoP they cannot further the case. Don't use a Fake Receipt. They'll most likely check it. Especially Amazon.

I do have 4 S/Ns. 1 from my original, 1 from my Replacement, and 2 from unboxing videos. So I guess it's a win. I don't need the 2 from Unboxing Videos.
