Many people use expensive services or have some Photoshop skills, but what to do, when you dont want to spend money or have PS skills?
Here comes my easy guide to help!

1) As a normal human beeing, I assume you bought anything online in your life, so open your email.
2) Find an order confirmation email from any store (to your preference) like Amazon, Ebay or etc.
2.1) If you dont have any, ask any friend to forward one to you. For this tutorials sake, I hope you have friends.
3) Press FORWARD on the confirmation letter, and fill your needed info, change all details like order number, address (if needed), username, date, item bought (I assume you change it to the one you need). At this step, I want to say be very very carefull and double check everything for errors.
4) Now make your window size bigger, to fit whole letter or most of it to screen and use selective screenshoot. CMD+SHIFT+4 on MAC, or Win+Shift+S on Windows.
5) I hope you were smart and didnt select the "|" lines on the forward letters left side when making a screenshoot, or any other unnecessary info. The whole letter should look as if received message, not forwarded or manipulated.

TIP: For ebay, try to check any product ID number, that fails the search, as ebay keeps history for 90 days, be sure to adjust your invoice letter accordingly.
