Belkin SE Method 07-24-2018, 11:34 AM

This guide will tell you how to get the wireless charger as it is the easiest product to SE as it has no serial number on it, however I'm guessing most if not all products will be the same process (you may need to acquire serial numbers for products that have it on).
This method is for USA only, as they have a different policy in Europe (they require you to send it back, so you could easily box them), or try reshipping.
1. Go to belkin.com and go to the live chat and speak with a technician. Tell him your wireless charger is not working correctly and come up with some bullshit as to why. He'll ask for the model number - this is the same on all products, so just obtain the model number which is pretty easy.
2. After this they will ask you questions and do some troubleshooting and eventually they'll say they can replace it. If they ask for POP, say it was a gift, or use a receipt generator.
3. You will then get asked to send a photo of the charger with the cable cut - he says this is so you cannot use a faulty product which would damage your phone which is fair enough, but tell him you want to use the cable for other things and assure him you take full responsibility if anything happens. He will accept this and move on.
4. If the rep insists on a photo of just the charger, find a second hand one for sale online somewhere, take a screenshot and send it him. Or to be safe you can print out the photo and take a photo with your phone and send it that way.
Enjoy it while you can
