I never liked the neighbours' method as I have gotten the carrier to actually come to my neighbours and talk to them about the situation. Lots of the time the box will be weighed. In that case, you can either 1. Say the box was broken into (this will fuck with your carrier so be careful). Or 2. say you received the packaging, but no item.

Well, im getting 2 phones and i need to refund both, i can't afford to refund only one... Is that even possible?

I have placed an order for $271, i bought two phones and i REALLY need to do the refund, but everybody is telling me that i will not achieve it, firstly because i'm from Venezuela, and the order was delivered to an address in FL that i use to ship package to Venezuela, at that address the deliver was signed for a Mrs. Chirinos (wich im not) and now im just reading how to try the refund because: 1. It was delivered to a Reship company (not an obvious one like Reship.com, its a Venezuelan company), 2.Because it's hard to refund 2 items instead of one.

So, the never arrived method is impossible here because was signed, the empty box could be used but, was delivered by UPS, do they save the weight of the package before delivering?

To be honest, im really nervous about it, those $271 aren't mine, its an aunty money, she wants a phone, i say "ok, i can buy it for you at Amazon" but my wife and i got stolen 8months ago and since that day we have no smartphones, so i just got 2 phones for us and say to myself, i will make a refund and just buy my aunties phone and everything's fine.. But now, i think im fcked up.
