The sealed box, wrong Item received and of course the DNA, are all well-suited.
So let's say Wrong Item received, and the item that I've received instead of it has started fire and I have had to instantly dispose of it for healthy & safety purposes?
Simply say that the "IPhone" caught fire. And yes, due to overheating, they can catch fire/explode.
Okay, tried it out, story was like:
When I received the package, I heard a bit of weird buzzing but I thought it was because of the high temperatures outside so I left the phone in the package. Apparently the phone started fire and melted completely, I had to securely dispose of it as I was worried of the health of children which were nearby me at the time because I was worried of their security as it's the most important thing to me.
Then the person replied with something like as this is largesum order, I'll have to move it up to the higher department and they will get back to you in few hours. and they said I shouldn't do anything now.
I told them that what am I supposed to do, that it's my sister's son's birthday Monday and I need it either now or at most on Monday, if they could take care of it until then. They said hopefully they will...
What does this mean? Should I plan for boxing them now or what is to be expected? Thank you!
