I called them again and asked the status they told me I would be issued a refund in 5-7 days and got an email confirming this.

Given that was the last point of contact, It confirms the refund.

Hi mothered, I already posted a thread about this but am getting closer to the return date I would greatly appreciate any help you can give, the package was from New balance, no signature or OTP was provided, went through their whole process and after they closed the UPS trace investigation statting it was delivered to my home and keep telling me to talk to UPS not them. What do I do in this case/
