It's standard practice to request a PR by Amazon's pea-brain reps.

They'll remain adamant and the claim will not move forward until the report Is received, so go ahead and file It - It's perfectly fine.

In my country, you have to go in the police station to file the PR and I wanted to know if they check your identity because it can be risked no ?
