Good questions. For me the tools that genuinely stuck are the coding assistants — having something that can scaffold a project, explain unfamiliar code, and catch bugs has probably doubled my output on side projects. I use cloud services for the heavy lifting and local models when I want privacy or offline access. The fragmented workflow point is real though: I still spend too much time copying outputs between tools and cleaning up formatting. The task I would love automated is keeping documentation in sync with code changes — that still takes far too much manual work no matter which tool I try.
