AI Tools Are Everywhere. But How Many Actually Help You Get Things Done? 3 hours ago

I've been experimenting with AI for business, development, design, and marketing, and one thing I've noticed is that we're getting incredibly good at generating things.
Need a website? AI can help.
Need graphics? AI can generate them.
Need code, content, or automation? There's a tool for that, too.
But there's a difference between an AI that generates an impressive demo and one that helps you complete an actual project.
The workflow is still fragmented. You jump between tools, copy outputs, fix mistakes, and manually connect everything together.
I've been working on BrandForge (https://brandforge.gg), exploring how AI tools and real human expertise can work together to take an idea closer to a finished product.
I'm curious about what other people here are using.
A few questions:
- Which AI tools have genuinely improved your daily workflow?
- Are you running local models or using cloud-based services?
- Have you built any useful AI agents or automations?
- What's one AI task that still takes far too much manual work?
I'm especially interested in tools people actually use regularly, not just what's trending on social media.
