Hey guys, I am trying to SE a MBP from apple using a serial number I obtained. I went into chat with them and told them the product will not turn on and that it was purchased from amazon. Here is the chat transcript (fake name of course) https://prnt.sc/jz8np2

Could anyone give me some advice as to where to go from here? I am not familar with how Apple will respond to certain requests. I also have a receipt from Amazon (order number isnt valid)
