We wish we could open the FedEx damage report case for you but we can't.

For obvious reasons I won't name specifics nor disclose sensitive Information.

What I can say without a shadow of a doubt, Is that when a damage report Is raised or should It be questioned by opening a case, companies well and truly have the capacity to address It. FedEx has been liaising with their partners for decades In that fashion.

I think I will start the investigation process with FedEx then.

Given they're refusing to do their job, to avoid an endless loop of complications, I agree you should contact FedEx.
