If ordered from Insta360, they use FedEx or DHL. They confirmed signature will be required. However, by experience, most of the time the delivery person will sign himself and leave it at the door

If ordered from BHPhoto, they will use DHL, UPS or FedEx (depending on your location). Also requires a signature (but saw some posts on some forums saying driver signed off himself).

Are they both liable for lost shipments?

I wasn't able to gather any information about Insta360. The only thing I found is that their customer service is absolutely horrible to deal with. So I will stay away from them.

Regarding B&H, from what I read and found on different forums, they are responsible for any issue related to the shipping or package itself. So I can either claim DNA or Empty Box. Which do you think would be better?
