how long ago did you try it and what did you put inside the box?

very recent, weighed out the box and everything. Ended up using a wood plank that's almost exact weight as the laptop. Only a 100 gram difference different after resealing, obviously you can using anything that has weight but make sure the weight is distributed across the box. You don't want one side of the box super heavy and the other side light.

You sent back the box and a wooden board inside and they said nothing?
