I mean the idea is not too bad to be honest.
Paired with something like this: https://www.fastcompany.com/90394048/uh-...dit-system (if it would actually work flawlessly) could be the key to stop these sort of things or at least minimize them. Sure that would be horrible for people that want their privacy but to be honest I kinda feel like that we could need something like this to prevent any form of human "disfunction"
