Hello, has anyone had any previous experience with Trapstar (clothing brand)?
I want to SE them. Not sure what the best method would be.
Thanks

Partial can go two ways.

1. The company checks the combined weight which was sent to the buyer, and if the items buyer says is missing are included in the weight, then the refund fails.

2. The company doesn't care and won't check the weight, will simply refund you out of good will.

The latter is most common in companies which process a very large amount of orders daily and are generally very successful. Seems to me that Trapstar would be a lot less lenient, and so it would generally be quite hard to pull off a good partial refund. Though I have no experience in refunding Trapstar I wouldn't recommend it as of now, unless OP is willing to risk trying.

The method Is always based on the Item.

Name It, Inclusive of the weight and we'll work from there.

Makes perfect sense. Thanks for your input.

Probably a hoodie or sweatshirt. Should not be more than 500-600 grams.

At this weight, If the company cross-checks the consignment with the carrier, the SE will most likely fail.

A lot do not bother to check so on these grounds, you'll be fine.
