This is their claim denial email from the CS:
"Our Claims and Security Team thoroughly reviewed the entire order and it shows via [carrier] site that the package was signed for and delivered on [original arrival date] in [customer's city] with a signature. All the items were delivered to the same shipping address but the receiver moved to a different state on the same day, [original arrival date] and the package was redelivered to a new address in [another city near the warehouse]. If UPS had some issues in sending this back to us, they will notify us but we didn’t receive any notification since it was successfully delivered to your shipping address.
We regret to inform you that this claim is denied and we're unable to issue any refund since UPS has a proof of delivery on [original arrival date]"
The signature was done by my roommate who was available at the time of arrival, so it is most likely the name initials or first name.
currently CC chrg bck is being considered, but concerned for less than ideal tracking manipulation that is clear to anyone. Also considering popular rddit account w a lot of karma upvotes to make a post to grab the CS attention to process the claim.
Any follow up approach recommendation is highly appreciated.
