Hi, I just got delivered a package from Tommy Hilfiger via Parcelforce. Value of the order was around 200 pounds, the courier just left it in front of my door, no signature. The items are 2 shirts and a pack of boxers. I was wondering what the best way to proceed here is? I've heard Tommy is easy with PEB, but has anyone had experiences with DNA ing them? I feel like the conditions for that are set up quite well.

Scenario is perfect for a DNA, no signature, have they uploaded a photo? Even if they have it doesn’t mean you received it physically, anyone could have potentially taken it.

I done FTID with parcelforce return on a £300 jacket.

They're definitely liable for lost shipments, so given the events of the delivery, the DNA Is good to go.

They asked me to contact the courier and after they replied, I sent them a screenshot of what they said. The rep said it seems my package was lost in transit and I got a refund.
