Ownership of the item(s) ordered will also pass to you on delivery or collection (as the case may be), provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the item(s), including any delivery charges, has been received."

If the ownership of the item will pass on to you on delivery specifically does that mean that if I claim DNA but the courier took photo of the package thus it was delivered even tho I didn't collect it I am already the owner ?

Once they hand over the item to a courier, they are no longer responsible for what happens with it. You'll have to make a claim with the shipping company.

They don't exactly state that ? How did you figure that out ?

The terms are basically just stating the obvious: Once you receive your order, you're liable for any loss/damages.

If you're claiming DNA, you never received the order, thus they're still liable for any issues.

I would look beyond the ToS, simply googling "(Company Name) lost package" can give you an idea of whether they are liable for it or not. Often times companies phrase it in a. way where it doesn't sound like they are liable, but they end up taking responsibility anyways. Similarly, sometimes companies imply they are liable but decide to not take any responsibility. Speaking from personal experience here.
The forum is going downhill.

I have many SEs I would like to share with other contributors. Unfortunately, that is a very small percentage of the overall community, and getting smaller by the day. I have no incentive to contribute publicly and reward the undeserving. If you feel the same and would like to discuss privately, please reach out.

I know they are stating the obvious but what throws me off is the word delivered. Because in the case of DNA the package is delivered but not recieved so they arent liable for the issue.

Searching on internet is definetly worth it with big stores. I found that many have impossible to navigate terms of service.
