How long did it take you to get the refund? What was the process like if you don't mind sharing. I'm going to be attempting this SE

Could you at least clarify whether you claimed empty box or manufacturer empty box.

Tissot was able to verify that the watch was in the box through weight. They are currently conducting investigation through the courier to see if the weight was the same throughout the shipment process to my drop.
