Yes. Saw some guy had success with them so I wanted to give it a try. If they don’t take pictures with a visible watch in the box, it’s a done deal. 

Hypothetically speaking, if I fail, what is the best way to ask for return label? Like my kids took it out from the box before I came home and I found it later laying around or? Anyone??

I didn't check, but isn't the return like most websites? You can login to your account/guest account and then just start a return without having to email customer service? Worst comes to worst, just start a new email thread and ask for a return and act like you never claimed the box was empty.

Tissot was able to verify that the watch was in the box through weight. They are currently conducting investigation through the courier to see if the weight was the same throughout the shipment process to my drop.

I'm still in the back and forth with them and they are delaying it and stalling.

Yes, fresh account. Just said the watch was missing. They initiated an investigation and 5 days later confirmed a refund. Sorry to hear yours hadn’t been so straightforward.

They asked me for pictures and stated that they checked the weight and the watch should be inside the package. They are currently in talks with the delivery services and it's been almost a week. I doubt they have CCTV so that's my ace card if they try to come after me.
