Did you try telling them that it was a gift? Also, you can normally find receipts online and just photoshop them instead of sending a corrupt image.

I've tried everything. I've said it was a gift, that someone else bought it for me, that I won it at a raffle but nothing worked. You need a receipt from a store like: Nordstrom, Dillards, Macys or Neiman Marcus

If you Google around you can find in-store reciepts. Simply Photoshop them or find someone to do it for you.

A couple friends and I have tried to make a template of an in store receipt but it's super hard. We haven't found a machine font
