Hey, I'm planning to SE a Logitech G915 - the most expensive keyboard that they have ( €250 ). This will be my first time SE'ing, but I am comfortable around Logitech's support cause I received a broken product. I know I'll have to get pictures and a S/N and if they ask for a PoP I'll say I don't have it ( most of the time works ). Do you guys have some tips for SE'ing Logitech or is it straightforward?

I've sent them the SE and now they're asking for a video containing proof of destruction and a note with the ticker number, should I just leave it and try again? Maybe I should just send them a photoshopped image with the wire cut off?

Are they specifically requesting a video, or will they alternatively accept an Image?

They're asking a pic containing a ticket number next to the keyboard and a video which contains cutting the wire, I think I'm gomma send them a pic and say I misunderstood and already threw the keyboard out
