No nothing along the "lines" of Crack (see what I did there?) just a few psychedelics including the main topic of this thread, LSD. What I'm looking for here is a bit of advice from anyone experienced who knows a lot of what can happen and the possible side effects of this drug. Of course I'm not going into this blindly, I've done my research on this and I have smoked weed in the past so I'm not technically a beginner on the subject. So really my main concern about going into this is my current mental state. I've been feeling really shitty and down lately because of a few personal issues and I've heard this can give the user almost a bad trip since LSD amplifies the emotions you're feeling. Other than that I'm alright. Thanks for any help given in advance!
It depends on who would have been supplying you your LSD. There is a Fentanyl crisis going on, and you would never know if your LSD was laced with that lethal drug or not. LSD can be less deadly or more deadly, depending on who made the LSD, and who is distributing the LSD. I know a drug addict who I have spoken to before, who has indeed done LSD. He talked to me about his experiences. There were some positive ones, but many negative ones for him.
The drug addict I have talked to said he was unable to sleep for two days, and he was sweating very hard and became very dehydrated and thirsty. These were only temporary side effects, however. He told me that each time he took LSD, it was an entirely different experience. Some of his trips lasted for the entire day and night, while some only lasted for ten minutes. He took it while he was having a rough day, and had a good trip, but on a normal day when he was feeling decent, he had a bad trip. LSD is very volatile, like any other street drug. The effects of any drug depend on the person. For example, some people die instantly from cocaine, while others live long (but horrible) lives.
The effects of LSD will not be exactly the same as the drug addict I have spoken to a very long time ago. Your effects will be different, and it is not predictable for what you will encounter. If I were you, I would simply not gamble with drugs. However, if you really wish to do LSD, it is a pure gamble. Period. Some people have
never recovered from the mental effects of LSD, and have never returned to their normal mental state. Some people have kept having hallucinations and mental psychosis for the rest of their lives.
If your main concern is your mental state, that may not help in determining what the outcome of LSD may be (not much will), as your trips will be volatile, and sometimes may not even be dependent on what you would be currently experiencing emotionally.
