It looks nice, How do you put that white glow beneath the divider?

You can make a white line using the Line Tool or Rectangle Tool in Photoshop. Then add Motion Blur in a horizontal line and then add a Gaussian Blur to it, then remove the top section over the divider. Well that is one of the many ways to do it.
