What is the vision the forum leader has for this forum?
I'm sure they want it to be lively, but how do you plan to rev-up the liveliness?
What kind of culture do you want to exist here?
Use personality traits to define such culture.

This place feels a bit like HackForums, definitely more polished though.
I'm not a fan of online-marketing, but other than that it seems like a solid place for productive people to gain some good connections.

Hello, I see that you are new member, so fell welcome here. This forum is better than HF because you can meet people that have some skill level and progress in hacking, programming, marketing etc... If you look at the threads in HF you will see that all tutorials are about really basic things like SQL injection XSS and other simpler web exploitation, botnets, and some easy doxing. This is the skill level of most of the HF users. We(the members) don't write a lot "1337 h4ck1n6" tutorials, but in HF you won't progress so much as alone, because when you learn to setup botnet there, you well like "omg I'm elite hacker, I can hack all govs, even Google is in my hands" but the reality is different. Also to mention, most of the HF things show you how to exploit something, here most of the tutorials will give you basic introduction to some topic so that you can be well prepared for a book. Another thing is that here no one will link you to some shittly 300 words tutorial, most of the time you will get link to book or some document that will explain everything. This is the main different between this forums and HF, also the community is smaller, and it's easy to know to who to trust.

I figured the population here had to be more mature. Makes sense for smaller communities.
Hack Forums got popular, that's probably where the decline took place for the intellect ratio

Welcome! My vision is unique. I don't run the forum for profit and I am very dedicated. I aim for the forum to be a high-quality medium of discussion and rapidly increasing the site's size isn't necessarily on the agenda. Plans for livening up the place exist.
