<25 is normal, but it depends on your age, if you've got 15 BMI like me, you're considered underweight, obviously I've gained more weight then I really think I am right now, because last time I checked was 2 years ago.

BMI is your Body Mass Index. It's a pretty dumb indicator because it can't measure muscle. You can be in shape and ripped, but you'd be considered obese.

I find this thread rather funny as these things aren't and never will be lose to accurate. Hell the oldest woman to ever live was a smoker and died at the age of 124 I believe. I could be wrong tho.
