Canada's Task Force on Cannabis Legalization and Regulation just submitted 80 recommendations to parliament outlining how recreational marijuana should be regulated come Spring 2017, when the government claims they'll roll out the new plans. There's a lot of interesting opinions from patients, dispensary owners, and both grey market as well as licensed producers.
I also recommend spending some time to watch the video in the middle of the article, it's pretty cool to see how the industry is evolving (and it's in Toronto, lucky me
).
