I didn't do the video, but I have the exact same katana. It's my favorite out of the three for obvious reasons.

The Bugei Trading Company itself contracts that same company to forge their own katanas, wakizashis and tantos.

I can attest to their cutting prowess.

I just looked up the Bugei Trading Company. It would make sense that they have blades of similar craftsmanship, as the prices for their blades are also similar.

Indeed, they use Hanwei as their primsry supplier for katanas and such for the general public whilst still maintaining their own custom made katanas that usually cost between $3700 and $10,000 for the higher end katanas.

I was expecting someone to post a picture of fruit ninja lol.

As a weapon, since very few of us use swords in actual combat, and since modern swords are usually made with higher quality steel, it really doesn't matter but katanas are still used by many.
