Temu Fail / Help #1
i did a 240€ order (divided in 3 packages). i claimed dna, so one package has been refunded (cheaper one, first refund on account), but i keep arguing with live chat and tickets for 2 days for the rest of the refund. they say the other 2 packages have been delivered and they cannot refund (they sent screenshots of courier site but there is no photo of delivery). should i keep pushing, maybe with a fake chat with courier or return the items and retry? maybe changing device?

Changing device now have no use.
How much did they refunded you for this one package?

RE: Temu Fail / Help #3
TEMU has been fixed for months now, very low chance of DNA refund for larger item.
I still abuse their 3 months return policy but that's about it

Why are you DNA'ing all 3 packages??? How likely does that sound to you?

Just curious how do you "abuse" the return policy?

anything above $100, in past 3 months I claimed 4 DNA with 3 different accounts, name, address and only 1 was successful ($150)

and empty box/ missing items is even more unlikely to work, I'm pretty sure they have cctv

I buy stuff and use them for 3 months and then return it, like all the thing that you only need for a short period of time.
also I once bought a 1tb SSD drive, and swapped the stickers on it with my laptop 250gb SSD and sent that once instead and got a refund

DNA doesn’t work as per their terms and conditions
