Hi, I ordered a memory SD which is very small, literally weigh to nothing in Target.
However, I ordered it from Canada and Target sent it to Borderfree  & they sent it to me.
So I tried to pull empty box method to Target and they said,
"I heard back from Borderfree and they did advise that there was an item in-store the box so we are unable to refund you. Please dispute the charges with your financial institution "
So I guess, Borderfree confirmed that the item was in box when they sent it.

Should I still go for a dispute thru my ba.nk? or just let it go?

So I guess, Borderfree confirmed that the item was in box when they sent it.

Their Inventory Indicates that the Item was picked, packed and dispatched, but that's not an Indicator that you've "received" It. Anything could've happened In transit.

Simply saying the package was damaged on receipt, will have a successful outcome.
