Ask for the case to be escalated to a senior member of the team and request a call to further discuss the matter.

Are they completely aware that you actually “received” the box? Seems as if they’ve misunderstood that package was not delivered at all?

When I asked for clarification or to be escalated, they told me nothing more could be done. The only suggestion they made was to call their specialist team myself, but they would not refer me. I plan on calling them. I just want to know what to say in case I am put on the spot about tampered boxes/seals/etc.

I believe they are aware that I received the box, and that the watch was missing. Their final message was "After reviewing tracking details, our teams have determined this to be a successful delivery of the entire item." They acknowledged that I said at least a part of the order was missing.
