I have a xbox series s OTW by TARGET and i am thinking of either DNA as it is a courier i have not refunded before (Couriers Please) but unsure how they handle their investigations, if they will be on my ass if you know what i mean. Other option is the in-store return Box method as i have heard @mothered praise quite often but i am unsure how this would work and if it would even work with a item of this value ($449 AUD) The xbox was purchased online and will be delivered within the next few days so opinions on this and help would be greatly appreciated.

CouriersPlease do not take photos of the delivery point. At the most they'll request a signature.

On some occasions, they leave packages unattended at the premises.

The value Is fine.

Be sure to attend the store when they're Inundated with customers and returns - Thursday/Friday nights are the busiest times.

Okay i will not be home so if the xbox is left at the front door i will just DNA

And for the instore method this method is simply filling the box with random household items that match the weight of the xbox and then resealing as if nothing happened and returning as a change of mind correct?

Even If a signature Is required, you can still DNA It.

As such, It's best to be home and not answer the door. If the driver walks away with the package In hand, approach him and fake sign It.

Yes, the original Item Is replaced with something of equal/similar weight and returned as stated above.

The Xbox was delivered by Couriers Please with "ATL" which I had not given.. will target take responsibility? no one was home at the time of delivery so the driver left it there at the front door..

The driver should've ensured It was personally accepted by the recipient, but Instead dumped It at your doorstep.

As such, you're good to go with the DNA.

Will contact live support tomorrow, will also keep you updated on how this progresses. if it fails for whatever reason I will Box them as stated beofre.

Target has gotten back to me with photos of the package outside my house (package outside my gate) with a separate photo of the front of my house with the house number in the photo, asking if this is my house. do I say yes that is my house or no that is not my house? Thank you
