Anyone who's Into that genre will surely enjoy It.
Indeed, The Sopranos and The Wire basically invented the idea of hour+ long movie quality TV series. HBO were pioneers in this respect and continue to be with their content.

It's a good thing they did.

The majority of TV series are 30 minutes, which Is way too short. You'd want at least an hour of viewing to kick back and relax.

Definitely, even 45 min episodes dont really cut it because you are essentially being robbed of an episode every 4 episodes. First world problems ey...

Clever calculation.

What puts me off from watching shows on TV, Is the ads. Every 6-7 minutes (or less) they throw In multiple ads that're so annoying. That's the major reason I stopped watching free to air TV.

I'm fully with you.

Ditching free to air TV was the best thing I did.

I remember buying a 4TB internal HDD for the purpose and thinking it would last forever. How wrong I was.

Things don't always go according to plan. I too, have made many errors with purchases.

In the very near future, I'm planning to dedicate time at least once every second day to watch a TV series, but on the net without ads. I think It'll be a nice break from computing, and will also replenish the mind. No prizes for guessing what my first show will be - you've talked me Into It.
