if you don't get this, take a psychology class. this post is simply an opening to higher education. to put it in plain English any living thing with neuro-plasticity are/can be effected by conditioning. learning is a simple process that takes a conditioned stimuli to trigger a conditioned response. for example, to expand on the dog salivating,
this individual is trying to say that, a dog salivates to the idea of being fed. so if a dog who is fed only after the conditioned stimuli of a bell ringing then this dog will associate the bell sound with the stimuli of food, and in turn the plastic brain will adjust to the new stimuli based on the conditioned response to the new stimuli of the bell. Meaning that when the bell rings the dog will associate it with food and salivate; So in order to effect the behavior of your peers demands a higher knowledge of psychology, NEVER STOP LEARNING.... that IS THE ONLY ANSWER!!!!!
