Some update for you. Filled a PR today. PR is just scare tactics from them so it’s okay to do it like 2-3 times a year. Police is useless and wont investigate anything.

I really don’t recommend anyone to hit this company.  Poorest and slowest CS I’ve ever seen. They dragged this out for a month now and initially went after delivery services - obviously they failed and now turned against me. I still have a wild card just in case.  You just keep pressing them and complain and ask for escalation!

I’ll update you once they reap to PR.

If there is nothing left that I can do, I will file a PR.

I am just scared that this will go on a´for 30+ days and therefore I can not return the item.
I do not want to spend 1k on a watch.

Just one question. If I want to send it back can I do so without any problem, or do I need to provide an explanation?
