A store I refunded a couple of times recently included a "something in my parcel was missing" button. I never saw that on any other website but that just might be me. And my last refund with them failed but they are usually refund almost anything kind of store.
I know nobody can answer this definitively but what do you think this means? Refunds department update? Have you seen the same button on other stores?

I've definitely seen this before, cant remember where though. It is a coincidence that they've added it after you've hit them a few times.

Thank you for the reply, its good I can keep hitting them. I just wanted to know because better safe than sorry.
