So im trying to se surface from microsoft.( i dont mean refund) i have kyod warranty ( keep your own device) but it has to be associated with a business and a domain. So i just created random domain and told them its associated with this domain and ofc it failed pretty stupid move by me..

Cause there is no website or a store linked to the domain i created. How do i get an mail associated with an company????

Bit long winded but if I were you I think this is your only option:
If you've bought the domain Im guessing you're doing the SE from an email from that domain? If not then make one.
Tell them your company is going through either a full rebrand or is still in the start up phase and the website isn't live yet (and it wont be until its complete due to the nature of your business).
If you haven't been emailing from the business domain offer to email from that one as proof of the domain being yours etc as the more you can seem legit the better.
Some sort of BS about why its not fully built or available yet, even offer to send the device back (if they say to do that you can easily box them anyway but they will say you don't need to because of your warranty)

Yea so i sent the email from the business but they were unable to validate it cause when you check the domain there is no web attached.
Now idk what to do althought they asked if i have another domain but what can i use? Or is there a way i can tell them this is the one just now there is no web... cause its sound sus...
