And on the third one I try to DNA them on a more expensive order of around 250-300 Euros, thought?
Good approach.

The carrier doesn't assess your claim.
It's handled and evaluated by the company, so It predominantly relates to them.

It's on a per company basis. The courier doesn't really matter.

I thought that the courier would be involved seeing as sometimes they open an investigation and that will be registered with the courier. I’ve done a DNA before I found this forum and the courier come by insisting that he delivered the parcel to me while I was saying the opposite. Nevertheless I got the refund .
When I did another one with DHL, packages weren’t delivered to my home for a couple of months and I had to pick them up at a drop point.
I want to QUOTE @
mothered too but I don’t know how as I am writing this from a phone.

Yes, but It's the company who's evaluating your claim so essentially, they have the final say of the events that have taken place pertaining to your account.

That's typical of the carrier driver taking matters Into his own hands, as opposed to being part of an Investigation.

I get that part, but isn't it a red flag for the delivery company when they see that a certain person/address/payment source claimed multiple times that a parcel delivered by their company went missing?

If you DNA over and over again In close timing and the same carrier serviced your deliveries, It will obviously raise suspicion - that's just common sense.
My post Is based on your question below.

I see.. and what would a reasonable amount of time be needed between DNAs from the same delivery service?

Correct.
When SEing the same company/carrier service, every SE should be performed with a sufficient gap between each one.

I think I asked the question wrong.
I want to ask you if you know how long is it needed from DNA to DNA for it not to raise suspicion at the delivery company. A month, two, three?

There are no hard and fast rules.
Although It's best not to use the same method In succession, as a rule of thumb, around 4-6 weeks from one DNA to the next.
