Hmm.. I don't really like the text. To be honest the text is like 1/2 of the render. Try to focus more on the render and less on the text. Also the red seems a bit distorting, it doesn't really make any sense. Also the background is a bit oversharpened.

1. The red part needs to be removed.
2. The city behind would have matched more with Batman.
3. you need to manage the flow.
4. Needs some more work since half the signature is just empty.
