[Equilibrium]

This isn't a help thread but more of an update of the store itself. Waited 2 weeks after EB today they have offered a replacement. Looks like they won't shift on that.

They state the courier investigation is still ongoing but the management will process a replacement after I mentioned formal complaint. I imagine evri are dogs arse at replying, if I've ever had an issue they literally send you in a loop.

My take on this is in background the fraud team if they even have one are reeling trying to figure out how to stop being raped. Probably why theyre longing out all claims. Probably issuing replacements because they'd still make profit issuing 2 sets rather than refunding and losing 1 pair.
Just my humble opinion anyway.
