Like Mothered said, just ignore the driver if he comes. As far as Sunglass Hut goes, they will pretty much immediately refund you, but they may ask UPS to investigate even after you get your money back.

UPS driver has to do an investigation when a customer complains about DNA. The dude was upset because he delivered the package, and Sunglass Hut said that I never received it.

How can i avoid him? I will do more orders obviously so he will come a day

Try to find out which couriers deliver for which companies, and try to spread out SEs across couriers. Also try to spread SE's over time.
